Jeff is incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks to him, this place became very convenient for me and it is my go-to storage space in the mountain community.

Hello this is Jonathan Jessop. My experience was very easy with this storage facility. They gave me a great deal. Allowed my to check in amd started my monthly cycle a week after I paid in order to save the unit I needed. And the gentleman Jeff at the front desk was super helpful and very kind.

Staff is very helpful & friendly. The complex is very neat & clean.

Great location. Went in to rent a uhaul after the representative on the 1800 number booked me a rental off the mountain (not very helpful) I unfortunately forgot the name of the guy at the front but he was amazing in helping me get a truck asap and was just all around very kind. I now know where i will be booking in the future!

The man who helped me with named Jeff. Jeff is freaking awesome. Jeff was truly helpful. Jeff made the experience wonderful. The Storage that I got was very fairly price. I am very happy with the space. I’m very happy with where it’s at location when you open up the storage, you have natural light coming through the door. It is very, very clean and welcoming.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and easy to give instruction on the premises.

Wow what a great experience! Jeff helped me all the way through the process and helped me understand all the choices which I VERY much appreciate......So the rental was great a 15' truck with ramp and rented pads (really worth it) and do the check-out and away I went.....way faster than any other Uhaul rental place I've been to..AMAZING.....Brought it back good a new gas tank done pads folded and Jeff checked it all out and emailed receiept.....SO cool,....Plan a return visit soon.....Thanks Jeff...you were Awesome! KUDOS

A little pricey at $365 per month

Jeff was very friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and most of the snow had been plowed. Our space was clean. It looked like water had gotten in there previously but Jeff had advised getting drop cloths for possible moisture, which we appreciated. You never know what kind of weather Crestline can bring. It’s best to be prepared. All in all it was a very good experience. Thank you Jeff.
